Don't know how many times people have to tell people who run servers this but Tireless works in COMBAT! And right now it doesn't matter if you have tireless 1 or tireless 5 you only get 1% back per tick while moving.
1. Make a character
2. sprint till no endo
3. train tireless 1 through 5 and see.
You are supposed to regen endo in combat with tireless which isn't happening at all right now, it's also not regening right even while just walking normal, not sprinting.
The exact wording of the RA states WORKS IN COMBAT.
